• Once you have completed the work, update the Job Status by selecting the blue Job Status drop-down and choosing Complete. This will trigger a notification to be sent to the customer and employees.
  • Once the Job Status has been updated, select the green Payment Status drop-down and select Send Payment Request.

Make sure that you're marking each job complete, and recording payment information into the system for accurate reporting. If jobs are not marked complete, then they are not included in your reports.
